INGARM POLICIES


MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS

Monthly subscriptions to paid content at ingarm.org are non-refundable. You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time during the month by contacting INGARM by e-mail atinfo@ingarm.org.

You will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your cancellation request within 3 business days. If you choose this option, your subscription will expire 30 days from the date of your last payment. Any amounts paid prior to your cancellation will not be refunded.

COURSES

Enrollment fees for continuing education (CE) courses are non-refundable. Any amounts paid prior to your cancellation will not be refunded.

CERTIFICATE PROGRAMS

Enrollment fees for certificate programs are fully or partially refundable according to the following schedule :

  • Students who cancel the program up to one week before the course begins shall be refunded in full.
  • Students who cancel their enrollment fewer than seven calendar days before class begins shall receive a 50% refund of enrollment fees.
  • Students who cancel a program after it has commenced shall receive no refund.
  • Likewise, the purchase of a certificate program for immediate enrollment is not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

OTHER CANCELLATIONS

Enrollment fees for courses or programs canceled due to limited enrollment or otherwise at the discretion of INGARM will be refunded in full.

To resolve customer service concerns or to report technical problems, please contact Customer Service at INGARM via email at service@ingarm.org or by calling our Customer Service contact, Kathryn Wilkens-Christopher, at 413-256-0195.  Any correspondence may be send to INGARM, 29 South Pleasant Street, Amherst, MA 01002. Please be sure to include the date/time and a brief description of the incident or issue that gave rise to your concern and an email address and telephone number where you can be reached. INGARM will investigate your report and respond via email within 30 days with its findings. Please note that your purchase of INGARM products or enrollment in INGARM courses implies your consent to submit to any final resolution selected by INGARM in response to your concern.

CHANGES TO INGARM POLICIES

INGARM reserves the right to revise the terms of the above policies at any time. Any changes made will be posted to the Other Policies page at ingarm.org and will apply to all subsriptions created or renewed after the date such change was implemented.
