Maximilian is primarily responsible for Finance, tax and business development at FORRS Partners. He has an extremely strong background in finance and accounting, including all relevant accounting standards. Before founding FORRS Partners, Maximilian was a founder and managing director of a mid-sized business consultancy firm, specializing in finance, accounting, and backoffice operations in the asset management industry. Prior to that, he was a senior manager in the finance unit at KPMG Consulting/BearingPoint. Over the course of a 20-year career, Maximilian has successfully conducted and managed projects all over central Europe, from system integration and the implementation of new regulations to system migrations, process restructuring, and in- and outsourcing. His primary focus has been on international accounting standards and regulatory procedures. Maximilian holds a Diploma of Mathematics from the University of Mannheim.
