At FORRS Partners, Markus is charged with marketing and business development. He has a deep background in the development of sustainable business architectures and software infrastructure for banks, asset managers, and energy trading companies, including over 15 years of international project experience in Europe, UK, Scandinavia, Hong Kong, and Singapore, as well as in the United States. Markus’s experience is especially focused on trading strategies and systems, market data management, and enterprise risk management. Prior to founding FORRS Partners, he was a board member and managing director of a mid-sized technology consultancy company with offices in Germany, Poland, and Hong Kong, where he was responsible for sales and business development. He was also the lead business architect and project manager during the founding and setup phase of the largest independent German Asset Management company. Markus holds a Diploma of Statistics from the University of Munich.
